He worked in APUFIDC as Chief Engineer and contributing to system improvements right from design stage to O&M stage.
During 2011-13. He has also worked as CE in Vijayawada Mpl. Corpn. and made his humble contribution to reduction of road accidents.
He worked in Andhra Pradesh Urban Services for the Poor, and Madhya Pradesh Urban Services for the Poor, both DFID aided projects from 2000 to 2009, contributed to strengthening QA&QC, design specifications and in initiating Service Level Benchmarking for municipal services, and worked with poor communities under Rajiv Awas Yojana (providing housing and environmental infra) under the Mission for Elimination of Poverty in Urban Areas of Govt of AP.
From 1987 to 2000, in Public Health Engg. Dept., he was involved in the design, construction and maintenance of Urban Infrastructure, particularly water supply and sewerage.
During 1979-87, he worked in I&CAD dept. in field and in CDO.
His interests include working for Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) for education, health, poverty reduction and environment of UN. He is associated with HEARTS Trust, Hyd working for MDGs.
